Policies
Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors ONLY in specified smoking area. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or on patios/balconies. Noncompliance with this policy will result in a $500 deep-cleaning fee of any affected areas.
Pets: We cannot accommodate pets.
Children: No children allowed unless the whole Inn is reserved.
Payment: VISA, MC, AMEX, DISC, Personal and Travelers Checks, Cash.
Minimum Stay: Call for a single Saturday Night or single holiday night.
Regular Check In time: 3:00PM to 5:00PM.
Check Out: 11:00AM.
Early/Late Check In: We are always happy to try to accommodate early or late check-ins with 24hrs notice. Please call for special instructions.
Cancellation: Any cancellation will result in a credit card processing fee of $30 per room. With less than 90 Days notice, the guest is responsible for the total balance and it will immediately be charged in full on cancellation. “No shows” are billed in full.
Deposits: For single night reservations, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card on booking.
For multiple night reservations, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card on booking.
For all weddings and events a 50% non refundable retainer is required on booking.
Beverages: Consumption of alcohol is permitted. However, only non-alcoholic beverages may be obtained on the premises.
Holidays: On Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays there are certain days where guests are provided with breakfast free of charge at neighboring hotels or resorts and no service is provided in the rooms. Guests will be informed of these days on making a reservation.
